1. tikled pink = very happy 
2. once in a blue moon = very seldom
3. green with envy = very jealous 
4. in the red = losing money 
5. in the black = making a profit 
6. see red = become angry 
7. feel blue = feel depressed 
8. feel in the pink = very healthy 
9. a black out = power failure
10. with flying colors = with great success
11. a white lie = a lie that doesn't hurt anyone
12. a pink slip = fired notice
13. paint the town red = go out and have a good time
14. as white as a ghost = very afraid
