There is one website, the last link above, which offers to give a complete evaluation of any school.  They do this for a fee which seems quite high.  However, it may be that your company would pay for this since it is important and necessary to make the best decision between the two schools in Antwerp.  And only after you choose a school can you choose an apartment.  And this will bring the question to the attention of  the management of your company, and they may have information themselves which can help you decide between the two schools.
