  1. What is a catchy fact about how rest can help us work better? They say, "Get plenty of rest to do your best."

  2. What do you know about working too much in different jobs? Many people are working multiple jobs these days.

  3. Millenials,as well as other generations, are forced to work many jobs, so ​how can they  get  enough rest?

  4. With so many people overworked and short on sleep, in my opinion, companies and workers would benefit from naps at work.

II. Summary of the Article Main Points:

Describe the article's discussion on the physical and cognitive benefits of napping, as highlighted by recent research.

Outline the types of naps discussed (refresher, recovery, and preparatory naps) and their specific purposes.

Mention the changes in workplace culture towards health and how companies are incorporating napping into their wellness programs.

Workers would have better cognitive health resulting in greater productivity and  improved overall health translating into fewer sick days. 

  1. The refresher nap is taken after lunch. The recovery nap is to get back some sleep time lost at night. The preparatory nap is to prepare for a late shift or late evening socializing.

Companies are more careful now to not have their workers work too long or with an anti-social hours because this impacts on their well-being.

III. Discussion of Workplace Nap Benefits Productivity and Health:

Explain how napping can increase productivity and improve cognitive function, referring to the experts and research mentioned in the article.
